To consolidate this new stage, she has worked on her training with A Voz Academia , specializing in voice talent, commercial voiceovers, audio branding, and persuasive storytelling. Her participation in the 5th A Viva Voz Festival 2024 in Bogotá reaffirmed her commitment to professional development and excellence in voice skills.

José Carlos Franco's ability to convey emotions and build trust makes him an ideal choice for commercials, corporate storytelling, and brand content that seeks authenticity and recognizability.

"The voice is a key element in a brand's identity. It's the tone, character, and personality that speaks directly to the consumer," says Franco, who also emphasizes the importance of embracing new technologies without losing the human essence that makes each speaker special.

This new step in her career represents not only a professional evolution, but also an opportunity to inspire other communicators to explore new horizons in a world where the voice remains a powerful tool for connection and expression.

José Carlos Franco: a bit of his history

His mark is indelible. You only need to review his career spanning more than 30 years to see this. His tenure on Colombia's most important networks made his voice a landmark for generations who grew up listening to José Carlos Franco on the other end of the radio. His warm tone and jovial style allowed him to connect with listeners of all ages.

José Carlos Franco's professional career is a testament to his tireless dedication to the art of communication. In 1999, he took on a challenge that would change the musical history of the Coffee Region: the direction and founding of a major radio station in Pereira. In a region where vallenato barely appeared on playlists, Franco managed to position it as a fundamental genre, connecting listeners with artists such as Jorge Celedón, Los Gigantes del Vallenato, and El Binomio de Oro.

The recognition achieved by the professional voice talent and announcer has attracted the attention of large-scale organizations and events, which have seen José Carlos Franco as a specialized reference. He has served as a judge for important competitions such as the Medellín Flower Fair; Sonido Sobre Ruedas (Sound on Wheels), produced by Car Audio Colombia, in 2015, 2016, and 2017; and the Festival de la Trova y La Música Campesina (Festival of Trova and Country Music), organized by Comino Producciones SAS in Apia, Risaralda.

Since then, the Colombian broadcaster has remained the friendly voice that speaks in the ear of his listeners, naturally adapting to the possibilities that technology has brought to transform traditional radio into digital formats. Digging into his history reveals a rich narrative steeped in constant development, unimaginable challenges, and stories surrounding radio, culture, and music.

José Carlos Franco continues to demonstrate that voice is much more than sound: it is identity, confidence, and connection.
